Sellers Disclosure
In Pennsylvania, the law requires most sellers to provide buyers with a Sellers Disclosure prior to completion of an Agreement of Sale. This document requires sellers to disclose known defects about the home as well as the major systems of the house. This document cannot substitute for a home inspection but is sometimes a helpful introduction to the home.
