Meet Our Team
We make it refreshingly easy to buy or sell a home in Philadelphia.
Brooke L. Willmes
Esq., Realtor®, ABR, SRS
I have 12 years’ experience in residential and commercial properties throughout the Philadelphia area and inner ring suburbs. In my former life, I practiced law in Philadelphia in the areas of Premises and Products Liability, which translated beautifully into having a deep understanding of how houses “work” and Contract Law, not to mention being in the midst of my second personal renovation.
I live with my family in Germantown in a Queen Anne and previously lived in Fishtown until 2011. I’m the President of the West Germantown Neighborhood Association as well as a member of the zoning committee. I am originally a native of Rochester, NY (go Wegmans!) and attended undergrad at Eugene Lang in New York City and University of Rochester, where I received a BA in Political Science in 1998. I attended Law School at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where I received a Juris Doctor in 2003 and became a member of the PA Bar as well in 2003. I practiced in Philly for 2 1/2 years before making the leap to real estate, my true love.
I am a dog fanatic with a beautiful Husky/Collie (I’d guess?) mix at home…I can most likely find you a rescue dog too if you’d like one for your home! I am a sucker for old homes with original details, back staircases, stained glass but love elements of most periods of design.
When I’m not selling houses, I can most often be found hanging
out with my two young daughters at all thekid hot spots in town.

As a former educator and long time resident of Philadelphia, Consuela is an urban expert who can guide you through the buying or investing process with ease. She has a BA from Rowan University in Education and Literature and has been an Old Kensington resident since 2004.
Consuela was drawn to Philly in 2002 from her native NJ because it feels like a small tight knit community where she’s always meeting new people, trying new restaurants and enjoying its culture and real estate is an extension of that for her. The process of selling and buying connects her with many different people whom she enjoys assisting in the puzzle-solving of what her clients need and want.
Consuela is a great problem-solver, easy to talk to and a fantastic leader to guide you in your search or your sale. When she isn’t working with clients, Consuela enjoys salsa and tango dancing, traveling and spending time with her family, which often involves arts and sporting activities for her son!

Sal is a veteran real estate agent who has called Philadelphia his home for over 20 years. He has lived all over the city in everything from a 6 bedroom Victorian townhouse he restored in South Philly, to a rehabbed house in Graduate Hospital, to his current home: new construction in Northern Liberties.
In his previous life, he had over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry as a data analyst, which gives him the eye for detail and makes him a “numbers guy” that supplements his love of real estate. Sal holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.
Sal is well versed in every aspect of real estate sales–and there’s not a question you can ask him he hasn’t heard. He has a great knack for helping first time home buyers as well as investors, move-up buyers and renters alike.
When Sal isn’t selling houses, you can find him riding his motorcycle, cooking, baking, restoring old technology including antique radios and clocks, collecting mid-century furniture, working on cars and singing in various choruses.

Mary has a BA in Science and concentrated in graphic design. She has lived in Philadelphia for 25 years: in Art Museum for 10 years and Northern Liberties for 15. She’s owned a restaurant (Rustica) for 16 years and raised her family in Northern Liberties and still maintains a graphic design business, H-Design.
Her work has always been based on relationships and her love of Philadelphia which fueled a natural transition to becoming a realtor with Space and Company. Mary works with buyers, sellers, investors and renters, whether it’s a first, second or 10th home. She believes that Philadelphia is still a very accessible town and a fantastic place to raise your kids, retire, invest, and live. Her keen attention to detail, finances and negotiation really shows in her representation of clients.
When Mary isn’t selling houses, you can find her downhill skiing, cooking, gardening, entertaining or working on her Lake House at Lake Henry.
